Global Expo 2025 Achieves Unprecedented Visitor Milestone Nearing 1 Million

Global Expo 2025 experienced an unprecedented turnout, attracting close to one million attendees over the span of five days. The event recorded a total footfall of 983,522 visitors across its three locations: Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, Yashobhoomi in Dwarka, and the India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh), which hosted nine simultaneous events.

Bharat Mobility 2025 Footfall: Exceeding Expectations

The attendance figures significantly exceeded the preliminary estimate of five hundred thousand visitors, nearly doubling that number. This turnout was also considerably greater than the first Bharat Mobility Expo held in 2024, which attracted one hundred fifty thousand visitors over three days. The event featured 239 product launches and unveilings, including 90 new vehicle introductions, highlighting the latest advancements in mobility technologies that are expected to be available for consumers soon.

Bharat Mobility 2025: Top Car & Bike Debuts

Prime Minister Narendra Modi officially opened the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, which prominently featured the launch and exhibition of electric vehicles. Major automotive manufacturers such as Maruti Suzuki and Hyundai presented their mass-market models, including the e Vitara and Creta EV. Additionally, Tata Motors, Kia, MG, and other companies introduced their electric vehicles, with launches planned for later in the year. Vietnamese automaker VinFast announced its entry into the Indian market with the VF 6 and VF 7 models, while also showcasing the VF 3 and a variety of electric two-wheelers, with plans to launch these offerings later this year.

At the expo, BMW unveiled the iX1 LWB, specifically designed for the Indian market, while Mercedes-Benz showcased the CLA Class Concept in a special presentation. The two-wheeler segment was equally vibrant, with companies such as Hero MotoCorp, TVS, and Suzuki launching both internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric vehicle offerings at the event.

Bharat Mobility 2025: Focus On Component Ecosystem

The 2025 Auto Expo not only focused on electric vehicles but also featured automakers presenting flex-fuel alternatives for their current two- and four-wheeled models. Additionally, the Auto Components Show 2025 was notably expansive, with 97 product launches taking place at Yashobhoomi, emphasizing the extensive automotive supply chain and ecosystem that supports both the Indian and global automotive industries.
