21 days ago | 5 Views
Ducati India is gearing up to unveil the Panigale V4 in the Indian market tomorrow. This bike has already hit the shelves globally. The refreshed model boasts several upgrades, including a new dashboard, chassis tweaks, improved ergonomics, and a redesigned swingarm.
The 2025 Ducati Panigale V4 features a revamped fairing that boosts aerodynamic efficiency by 4 percent. Additionally, there have been changes to the mudguard design, and a new component in front of the radiators enhances the cooling system, especially for the oil cooler.
What are the standout features of the 2025 Ducati Panigale V4?
The 2025 Panigale V4 comes loaded with a full range of electronic control systems, including Ducati Traction Control DVO, Ducati Slide Control, Ducati Wheelie Control DVO, Ducati Power Launch DVO, Engine Brake Control, and Ducati Quick Shift 2.0. It features over 70 sensors that constantly monitor different parameters. The DVO, created by Ducati Corse for MotoGP, assesses the forces acting on the bike and how much it can handle in various riding situations. The accuracy of this data is enhanced by integrating it with information from the IMU inertial platform.
The DQS 2.0 system operates using just the angular position sensor of the gear drum, allowing for a gear shift rod that does away with microswitches. This clever design greatly enhances the rider's experience by creating a more direct connection and shortening the distance needed for gear shifts.
What's the deal with the new dashboard on the 2025 Ducati Panigale V4?
The updated dashboard comes with a 6.9-inch screen that has an 8:3 aspect ratio, making it easier to read while still keeping the driver's view clear through the windshield when it's built into the fairing. The protective glass uses Optical Bonding tech to ensure it stays clear against a black background, even in bright sunlight. Plus, there's a new track display that can show details like G-meter readings, power and torque output, and lean angle.
What drives the 2025 Ducati Panigale V4?
The 1,103 cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine meets Euro5+ standards, pumping out 214 bhp at 13,500 rpm and 120 Nm of torque at 11,250 rpm. It comes with a six-speed gearbox that includes a quickshifter as standard.
What changes have been made to the ergonomics of the 2025 Ducati Panigale V4?
They've made some cool upgrades to the ergonomics, giving the rider more room to move around. This was done by reworking the fuel tank design. Plus, the footrests have been shifted 10 mm inward from the current Panigale V4. This change not only boosts ground clearance but also helps the rider position their feet and legs more in the center, which is great for aerodynamics.
