Bajaj has introduced the Chetak 35 series in India, with prices starting at ₹1.20 lakh (ex-showroom). This series comprises three variants: the 3501, 3502, and 3503. While the design modifications are subtle, the Chetak 35 series boasts several new features and a larger battery. The frame has been redesigned to accommodate the enhanced 3.5 kWh battery, which is claimed to provide a range of 153 km. The battery can be rapidly charged from 0 to 80 percent in just three hours using its 950-watt onboard charger. Additionally, the new Chetak features an extended seat and increased footrest space, along with a storage capacity of 35 liters. The scooter maintains its steel monocoque bodyshell. A significant enhancement is the introduction of a new touchscreen dashboard TFT display, which includes smartphone connectivity, music control, integrated maps, geofencing, and more. The scooter's motor generates 4.2 kW (5.6 bhp) and reaches a top speed of 73 km/h (claimed). The Chetak offers two riding modes: Eco and Sport. Furthermore, a new iFuse feature has been added for circuit safety, and the motor's cooling layout has been optimized for improved efficiency.Read Also: Messi's Face on a Pagani Zonda Made of CoinsHOW DID YOU LIKE THIS ARTICLE?
