MG Cyberster creates Land Speed record 

JSW MG Motor India has declared the establishment of a Land Speed Record at Sambhar Salt Lake with the Cyberster. This electric roadster has been acknowledged as the fastest vehicle, as verified by both the Asia Book of Records and the India Book of Records. The MG Cyberster accomplished an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds.

First revealed at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, the MG Cyberster is anticipated to launch in the Indian market soon. It will be available for purchase through newly inaugurated MG Select dealerships. Alongside the Cyberster, JSW MG Motor India will also introduce the M9 EV Limousine at these new outlets.

Porsche 911 recalled 

The Porsche 911 sports car has undergone two separate recalls due to safety concerns within the North American market. The esteemed German luxury car manufacturer has recalled a total of 1,157 units of this highly coveted sports vehicle. Of these, 878 units are from the 2025 Porsche 911 models, while the remaining units are from the 2023 models. The recall for the 2025 Porsche 911 models is linked to a software malfunction affecting the headlight leveling system. In contrast, the recall for the 2023 Porsche 911 models addresses an issue with the rear seat belt buckles.

Skoda appoints Ranveer Singh as brand ambassador

Skoda India has announced a partnership with Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh, who will serve as the brand ambassador. The company has recently launched the Kylaq in the Indian market, which has already received more than 20,000 bookings for this new sub-compact SUV. Furthermore, the deliveries of the Skoda Kylaq have begun.
