VinFast showcases its scooters at Auto Expo 

VinFast, the Vietnamese automotive manufacturer, made its official debut in the Indian market at the Auto Expo 2025, where it presented a range of electric scooters. Among the models showcased were the Evo S, Theon S, Klara S, Feliz S, Vento S, and the DrgnFly. Currently, it remains uncertain whether these electric scooters will be introduced to the Indian market.

The VinFast Evo S features a retro-inspired design and was displayed in a vibrant yellow colour at the expo. It is equipped with a 3.5kWh battery pack. The VinFast Theon S stands out with its unique design, which includes dual-projector headlights positioned on the apron. This model also utilizes a 3.5kWh battery and is fitted with 16-inch wheels both at the front and rear.

The VinFast Klara S merges retro and contemporary design elements, boasting a 14-inch front wheel, a 12-inch rear wheel, and a 3.5kWh battery pack. Meanwhile, the VinFast Feliz S is characterized by its compact and minimalist aesthetic, featuring a 16-inch front wheel, a 14-inch rear wheel, and a front disc brake, along with the same 3.5kWh battery pack.

Komaki SE series electric scooters launched

Komaki Electric Vehicle has introduced its latest Komaki SE series, which includes three distinct models: the SE Pro, SE Ultra, and SE Max. The ex-showroom prices for these models are set at ₹67,999, ₹76,999, and ₹1,10,000, respectively. It is important to note that all three models are derived from the Komaki MG Pro electric scooter.

The Komaki SE Ultra and SE Max are equipped with advanced LiPo4 battery technology, which is a high-capacity lithium-ion battery. This innovative technology is said to enhance the range of the vehicles. The Komaki SE Ultra is powered by a 2.7 kW LiPo4 battery, boasting a claimed range of 130-140 km, while the Komaki SE Max features a 4.2 kW LiPo4 battery, with a claimed range of 200 km.

The Komaki SE Max is reported to achieve a top speed of 80 km/h and is equipped with various features, including dual chargers, TFT screens, and dual disc brakes. The SE range also includes the SE Pro and SE Ultra, which are designed with a single disc brake, an LED digital speedometer, and a maximum speed of 70 km/h.
