Auto Expo 2025 commenced its public sessions on Sunday and will be held at New Delhi's Bharat Mandapam until Wednesday. Recognized as the largest automotive exhibition in India and included among the prestigious global automotive events, Auto Expo 2025 has assembled nearly all prominent car and two-wheeler manufacturers in one venue.

The initial two days of Auto Expo 2025, January 17 and 18, were designated for media and dealers, respectively, while Sunday marked the opening of all entrances at Bharat Mandapam, previously known as Pragati Maidan, to the general public. Notably, unlike previous editions where entry tickets were required, admission to Auto Expo 2025 is entirely free this year. Interested individuals must register on the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 website to obtain entry passes.

On the inaugural day of public access, the venue was bustling with thousands of attendees eager to explore the latest vehicles, motorcycles, concepts, and technologies from both India and around the globe. Here are some key statistics:

- Seven exhibition halls are located within Bharat Mandapam.

- More than 90 products were launched during the first two days of Auto Expo 2025.

- The Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 also features a components exhibition at Yahobhoomi in Dwarka and a commercial vehicles showcase at the India Expo Centre, collectively covering over 200,000 square meters. This event is organized by EEPC in partnership with major industry associations such as SIAM, ACMA, ICEMA, ATMA, IESA, NASSCOM, ISA, MRAI, and CII, with an anticipated attendance of approximately 500,000 visitors throughout the six-day event.

- There are over 1,500 exhibitors participating.

- The Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 was officially inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday. During the inauguration, PM Modi emphasized the vast potential of the Indian automotive sector and specifically noted the industry's readiness for future advancements. He also highlighted the role of new technologies, evolving consumer expectations, enhanced road infrastructure, and a significant demographic of young buyers in driving this growth.
