Audi India has introduced the updated RS Q8 facelift, with prices commencing at ₹2.49 crore (ex-showroom, India). This refreshed model made its global debut last year, enhancing the performance SUV with increased power and additional features. Built on the foundation of the Audi Q8, the RS variant is equipped with a robust V8 engine. Below are the highlights of the updates.
The exterior of the new Audi RS Q8 facelift has undergone a design refresh. While the coupe-like silhouette remains recognizable, it now features a newly designed blacked-out grille with a honeycomb pattern, updated darkened LED headlights, and sleek LED daytime running lights. The SUV is fitted with striking 23-inch forged alloy wheels, finished entirely in black for a sportier appearance. The rear has also been enhanced with new OLED taillights and a redesigned rear diffuser.

The interior reflects the RS ethos, showcasing sporty front seats, Alcantara leather upholstery, contrasting stitching, and a more dynamic steering wheel. The dual-screen layout remains intact, with the infotainment display and climate control interface prominently positioned on the central console, complemented by the Virtual Cockpit that presents essential information with appealing graphics.
The cabin is adorned with numerous sporty elements, including a gloss-black finish on the dashboard and Alcantara accents on the steering wheel, gear knob, and door panels. In terms of features, the RS Q8 is equipped with wireless charging, four-zone climate control, ambient lighting, a panoramic sunroof, a powered tailgate, and additional amenities.

The Audi RS Q8 is equipped with a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine, delivering an impressive 631 bhp and 850 Nm of peak torque, representing an enhancement of 40 bhp and 50 Nm compared to its predecessor. This engine is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission, which distributes power to all four wheels through the Quattro system. The RS Q8 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in a mere 3.6 seconds and achieves a top speed of 305 km/h. Additionally, Audi has incorporated an adaptive air suspension and active roll stabilization, providing a harmonious balance of dynamic handling and comfort.
