Tesla India refunds early bookers of Model 3

Tesla has begun refunding the deposit to those consumers who booked the Tesla Model 3 electric sedan a few years back in India. This action follows the US-based electric vehicle maker's decision to phase out the earlier generation Tesla Model 3 and initiate sales of the new generation electric vehicle. In addition to refunding the deposit for early reservations of the electric vehicle, this action suggests the brand's forthcoming entry into the Indian market, which is likely among the most anticipated events in the country's automobile sector. According to Bloomberg, Tesla has commenced refunding the booking amount to consumers who made reservations for the Tesla Model 3 years ago. The electric vehicle manufacturer has begun emailing specific consumers who placed orders as far back as 2016.
