Tata Motors has unveiled the 2025 Nexon through its social media platforms, with a starting price of ₹7.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The 2025 Tata Nexon boasts several updates, including a new colour option, additional variants, and enhanced modern features. The newly introduced colour for the SUV is called Grassland Beige, and it is now available in the new Pure+, Creative+, and Creative+ PS variants.
In the announcement, Tata also highlighted the SUV's upgraded features. These enhancements comprise a voice-assisted panoramic sunroof, ventilated leatherette seats, a new 10.25-inch infotainment display, nine JBL speakers accompanied by a subwoofer, and a 7-speed DCA with e-Shifter and paddle shifters.
2025 Tata Nexon: Engine
The available engine options remain unchanged from previous offerings, featuring a 1.2-litre turbocharged Revotron petrol engine alongside a 1.5-litre turbocharged Revotorq diesel engine. The 1,200 cc petrol variant generates 86.7 bhp at 5,500 rpm and delivers 170 Nm of torque within the range of 1,750 to 4,000 rpm. Additionally, this engine is available in a CNG variant, which produces 72.5 bhp at 5,000 rpm and maintains a peak torque of 170 Nm from 2,000 to 3,000 rpm. Conversely, the 1,500 cc diesel engine offers 83.3 bhp at 3,750 rpm and provides 260 Nm of torque between 1,500 and 2,750 rpm.
2025 Tata Nexon: Specifications
The Tata Nexon exhibits consistency in its dimensions and specifications. This compact SUV measures 3995 mm in length, 1804 mm in width, and 1620 mm in height. It features a wheelbase of 2498 mm and a ground clearance of 208 mm. The vehicle provides a boot space of 382 litres, which accommodates up to 321 litres even with the inclusion of space-efficient dual CNG cylinders.
Both engine variants share an identical fuel tank capacity of 44 litres. The Nexon is equipped with 16-inch wheels across all variants; however, the lower variants come with standard steel wheels, while the higher trims are fitted with diamond-cut alloy wheels.
