Lexus has officially introduced the refreshed LX 500d in India, with prices commencing at ₹3 crore (ex-showroom). The updated LX 500d was first unveiled at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo in January and comes equipped with numerous enhancements, including updated styling and an expanded array of features. Reservations for this luxury SUV are now open.

2025 Lexus LX 500d New Variants 

The 2025 Lexus LX 500d is available in two distinct variants. The LX 500d Urban variant is offered at ₹3 crore, while the newly introduced LX 500d Overtrail, designed for more rugged use, is priced at ₹3.12 crore. All prices are ex-showroom, India.

2025 Lexus LX 500d Engine

The 2025 Lexus LX 500d stands out as the sole diesel variant within the brand's offerings. It is powered by a 3.3-liter V6 diesel engine, delivering 304 bhp at 4,000 rpm and a peak torque of 700 Nm between 1,600 and 2,600 rpm, coupled with a 10-speed automatic transmission. This SUV features four-wheel drive, complemented by Active Height Control and an Adaptive Variable Suspension system.

2025 Lexus LX 500d Features 

In terms of features, the 2025 Lexus LX 500d has undergone significant enhancements. It now includes the updated Lexus Safety System +3.0, which incorporates a range of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) such as a pre-collision system, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Lane Trace Assist, Blindspot Monitoring, Safe Exit Assist, Lane Departure Assist, and automatic high beam functionality, among others.

Additionally, the manufacturer has introduced the new Lexus Connect Technology, tailored to Indian conditions, which offers SOS call alerts, roadside assistance, and remote capabilities for locking/unlocking, starting/stopping the engine, operating power windows, and immobilization. Other features include a vehicle tracking system, theft alarm, and vehicle health status updates. While the cabin layout remains unchanged, Lexus has enhanced comfort by adding a seat massager to the front row.
