The revised HTE (O) variant of the Kia Seltos is now equipped with an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system that includes Bluetooth connectivity. Additionally, it features a six-speaker audio system. Other notable attributes comprise steering-mounted audio controls, LED daytime running lights (DRL), and connected LED tail lights.

2 HTK (O)

The recently introduced HTK (O) variant of the Kia Seltos showcases 16-inch alloy wheels. It also comes with a rear wiper, rear washer, and defogger. This SUV variant is further enhanced with roof rails, ambient lighting, cruise control, and a panoramic sunroof. The HTK (O) trim is additionally equipped with a smart key featuring a motion sensor.

3 HTK+ (O)

The HTK+ (O) variant of the Kia Seltos includes LED headlamps with sequential LED turn signals, LED fog lamps, power-adjustable auto-folding ORVMs, and a mood lamp. In addition to the smart key with motion sensor found in the HTK (O) variant, this model is also fitted with 17-inch alloy wheels.

4 Engine and transmission options

Despite the introduction of new variants and features, the mechanical specifications of the Kia Seltos remain unchanged. The SUV is powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine, which can be paired with either a six-speed manual transmission or a CVT. Additionally, a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine is available, offering transmission options of a six-speed iMT and a seven-speed DCT. A 1.5-litre diesel engine is also available, which can be mated to either a six-speed iMT or a six-speed automatic transmission.

5 Pricing and competition

The Kia Seltos lineup begins with the HTE (O) variant priced at ₹11.12 lakh (ex-showroom) and extends to the X-Line variant, which is priced at ₹20.50 lakh (ex-showroom). The HTK (O) and HTK+ (O) variants are positioned just before the HTX+ trim, with prices set at ₹13 lakh and ₹14.39 lakh (both ex-showroom), respectively.
