Hero MotoCorp has launched the refreshed Passion Plus, which complies with the latest OBD-2B emission regulations. The 2025 Hero Passion Plus, adhering to OBD-2B standards, is priced at ₹81,651 (ex-showroom, Delhi), reflecting an increase of approximately ₹1,750 compared to the previous model. The commuter motorcycle retains its well-known design and color options, with no significant visual alterations.

2025 Hero Passion Plus Specifications

The updated Hero Passion Plus is powered by a 97.2 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that adheres to the latest emission standards. This engine continues to deliver 7.9 bhp at 8,000 rpm and a peak torque of 8.05 Nm at 6,000 rpm, and it is mated to a 4-speed transmission.

For suspension, the motorcycle features telescopic forks at the front and dual shock absorbers at the rear. Braking is handled by 130 mm drum brakes at both the front and rear, and it is equipped with an Integrated Braking System (IBS) as standard. The bike rides on 18-inch alloy wheels.

2025 Hero Passion Plus Features

Additional features of the Passion Plus include an electric start with i3S technology, a semi-digital instrument panel, a side-stand indicator, a USB charging port, and more. The OBD-2B-compliant model is offered in two color options: Black Nexus Blue and Black Heavy Grey. It has a fuel tank capacity of 11 liters and a kerb weight of 115 kg.

This revised model is available in two color schemes—black with red accents and black with blue accents—compared to the four options offered in the previous version. The Passion Plus continues to be a leading choice among commuter motorcycles, competing with models such as the Honda Shine 100, TVS Star City Plus, and Hero HF Deluxe. More Hero motorcycles are expected to be updated to meet the latest emission regulations shortly.
