The electric SUV will compete in the compact EV segment alongside models such as the Tata Curvv EV and the Mahindra BE 6e, and it shares a similar size with the Grand Vitara SUV.

The e Vitara will be available with battery options of 49 kWh and 61 kWh. It is anticipated to offer both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive configurations. Maruti asserts that the e Vitara will achieve a range of approximately 500 kilometers on a single charge.
